Variations to this recipe?
I’ve had many comments from those who are adamant that they don’t like canned green beans. I created this low carb ground beef casserole recipe with canned green beans since most have a can or frozen green beans in their pantry. Fresh green beans go bad quickly so they may not be an option for everyone. However, feel free to swap out the canned green beans for frozen or fresh. Depending on how you prefer your green beans you may want to steam fresh green beans first. You could also swap out green beans entirely for cauliflower rice, broccoli, or another favorite low carb veggie.
